The articles and service descriptions on this site are general information. They are not a diagnosis or treatment plan for you. Please speak with a hygienist or your dentist about your own oral health.

If you are in severe pain, have swelling or think you have an emergency, call us or seek urgent care. Do not rely on a web form.

Appointment requests

Sending a request through this website does not book an appointment. We will contact you, usually within 24 hours, to agree a time. Your appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you.

Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you. If you need to cancel or change a confirmed appointment, call us as early as you can.

SMS messaging terms

The Growing Beautiful Smiles SMS program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders and replies to your appointment requests only. Messaging consent applies only to Growing Beautiful Smiles, not to unrelated third parties.

Patients opt in by ticking an unticked consent box on our online appointment form or on our SMS opt-in page, each of which shows this notice. When you opt in, we send one confirmation text, and nothing else until you reply YES to it. Once confirmed, we may send:

• A text confirming the time we agree for your appointment.
• A reminder before your visit.
• Replies to questions you send us about your appointment.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact us at info@growingbeautifulsmiles.com or (416) 857-0437.
• Carriers and delivery networks may delay or fail to deliver messages. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures outside our control.

Texts are for appointment and administrative messages only. They are not clinical advice. Please do not send health details by text; call us instead.

Website content

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Growing Beautiful Smiles or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

Links to other websites, such as government program pages, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
